The journey

ABOUT US

NALOM began in a moment of stillness — an encounter with the ancient Hindu and Buddhist symbol Unalome, a visual metaphor for the soul’s winding passage from chaos to clarity, and ultimately arriving at harmony and inner peace.

MADHUBANI

is a narrative and devotional art, named from kalam (pen) and kari (craftsmanship), defined by precision and cultural depth.

KALAMKARI

One of India’s revered textile traditions, Kalamkari is a narrative and devotional art – meticulous, lyrical, and deeply cultural.

THREADS OF TIME

Every Nalom scarf is woven on a traditional handloom, guided by rhythm, patience, and human touch. The process allows each textile to retain its natural character—subtle variations that reflect time, skill, and intention. What emerges is not uniformity, but quiet individuality: a fabric shaped by hands, not machines.

Each Nalom scarf is a living artwork – handwoven on pure silk and painted by rural artisans whose craft tells the stories of India’s heritage, devotion, and grace.
